CapitaLand on Thursday (June 5) announced that it holds more than 90% of the issued shares of CapitaMalls Asia (CMA) - crossing the threshold it needs to delist its shopping mall arm.

The Singapore Exchange (SGX) is seeking feedback on a proposal to make it easier for companies from developed markets to seek a secondary listing in Singapore. The proposal outlined by the market operator on Wednesday calls for two tiers of regulatory oversight on secondary-listing companies, depending on each company's home market.
