This reit has done well for me but i think they are facing a lot of headwinds on the retail front. Do see my qualitaive assessment of this counter after I have attended the AGM.

Fortune reit prices have been on a decline lately and now it is trading at a 44% discount to the NAV! I think this counter is really undervalued and I am keeping a close eye on this counter. To read more about other undervalued reits, do check out my blog here .
