Honestly, what these major shareholders are doing ought to be investigated by the authorities. How can major shareholders make a publicly annc 'bou a strategic review by them (not the company) when there hasn't been approached by potential buyers. Clearly, they are doing this to churn up interest in the stock, leading to speculative jump in share price. Pre-announcement should only be made by the company when there has been an approach made by potential buyer or a formal appointment of IB made for sale (bid) process. Bad corporate governance and compliance.
