It was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in November 2002. Ascendas Reit owns and manages a well-diversified portfolio, valued at more than S$16.0 billion, comprising more than 200 properties in Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom/Europe and the United States. Its portfolio includes business spaces, logistics & distribution centres, industrial properties and data centres. These properties house a tenant base of more than 1,500 international and local companies from a wide range of industries and activities, including research and development, life sciences, information technology, engineering, light manufacturing, logistics service providers, electronics, telecommunications, manufacturing services and back-room office support in service industries.

Anyone can enlighten me why they paid a good dis/div of SGD3.55 in apr 2014? Now why they issue 300 mil bonds to raise fund for their expansion?
