High Speed train should be nearby tgt land, rowsley have plot ratio of 11, this one unlikely but should hv better and more younger management than Rowsley. rowsley Vantage Bay showflat slow compare to Country Gdn

yes traded the shares in out and kept some. trying to do an albedo style RTO but no counter yet
