Value is already revealed by Market Prices paid by Scientex for Tasek Gelugor SEBERANG PRAI NORTH LAND
Scientex people are no nonsense successful business people
If they paid Rm718,804 per acre there....all surrounding lands in Tasek Gelugor got similar value
Who knows?
One day Scientex might also buy lands from Bplant as "Success begets Success"
Spritzer buying Trong, Taiping lands for Rm62,000 per acre also show Value for Bplant Trong, Taiping lands as well
Book value of Bplant lands less than Rm23K an acre is undervalue
