6 mths after listing then u can convert..get a bank's cashier order..addressed to registar of Rowsley and pay $180 for each warrant to convert to mother's share..no body convert but pple buy warrant at a fraction of the mother's share for the leverage effect..no body convert warrant so early into mother's share..3 years expiry date..ple convert when the market price way above warrant cost plus exercise price $180 is way below market price of Rowsley then it is worth the effort

hi albertlaw, what is the reason for paying $180 for each warrant to convert to mother's share? Does that means that if you have 1 lot = 1000 shares and you are given 2 lots of warrants (2000) and you have to pay $180 x 2000 = $36,000.00 for the conversion? Still really don't understand, kindly elborate further. Thank you

$180 is the exercise price to get 1000 mother shares of Rowsley..so if u hve 2000 warrants u pay only $360($180x2)

Yes u will still be entitled to the 2 warrants..u don't need to exercise the warrants,it is a form of leverage,pple buy warrants for a fraction of the price of mother shares and yr profit will be magnified if mother shares rose,warrant price even rise higher in percentage terms.

CPF if i am not wrong don't allow you to exercise warrants using cpf fund,you must come out $$$ from yr own pockets...how many lots u bgt and at wad price? if u don't mind

The run up of Rowsley will be quite soon as ex-date around Oct1,Westport Holdings which has large projects in Iskander just announced its ipo RM 2.30-2.50 worth 813mil ..limited downside from 60cts and if stuck am prepared to get the free warrants,since have made several rounds from 18cts to 53cts(last peak) and bear in mind Rowsley has stayed consistently > 40cts since March 2013..60.5-61cts now as at 1.45pm Sept 18

On Monday Sept 16 Rowsley was 60.5-61cts at ab 230pm and about 4.22pm it crossed new high 63-63.5cts before closing at 62.5cts witha vol of ab 120mil..looks like the push is tillon,u see the buyers creeping up again,will be healthy as long as Rowsley stayed > 60cts at least from now till closing..hope the listing of Westport Holdings,which has many projects in Iskander will boost \Rowsley

he 4.48mil to sell at 61cts is to block,don't be perturbed...maybe by 430pm may be suddenly withdrawn..just my opinion only..of course if got profits take some and used the rest to take yr profits ride higher
