The Company operates a young fleet of offshore support assets as well as provide supporting services throughout the oilfield life cycle. The Company consists of three business divisions: EMAS Offshore, TRIYARDS, and EMAS Energy. The EMAS Offshore division provides offshore support services, accommodation, construction, and production services to customers in the oil and gas industry throughout the oilfield lifecycle, spanning exploration, development, production and decommissioning stages. The TRIYARDS division provides integrated engineering, ship construction and fabrication services. The EMAS Energy division provides onshore and offshore well intervention, drilling services, modern equipment, and the support of advanced marine vessels. It also provides well services.

Ezra positioning for strong breakout, high momentum will reached 10 cents in a few days. Catalyst is oil price and new venture with Chiyoda.

Oil Price now turning upwards recently. Global benchmark Brent crude gained 13 cents to $36.94 a barrel, having earlier spiked to $37.40, the highest in almost two months. Good catalyst for Ezra.
