Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. (IndoAgri) is an integrated agribusiness company. The Company's activities include research and development (R&D), seed breeding, oil palm cultivation and milling; as well as the production and marketing of cooking oil, shortening and margarine. The Company's segments include Plantations and Edible Oils and Fats (EOF). The Plantation segment manages the plantations, and production and sale of crude palm oil (CPO), palm kernel, crumb and sheet rubber, sugar, tea, cocoa and other products, mainly for domestic consumption. The EOF segment produces palm oil products and small quantities of palm-based derivatives in the forms of RBD palm stearin and palm fatty acid distillate for consumer and industrial markets. The Company's consumer cooking oils are retailed under Bimoli, Bimoli Spesial, Delima, Amanda and Happy, and the consumer margarine under Amanda, Palmia and Royal Palmia. IndoAgri is engaged in the cultivation of sugar cane, rubber and other crops.
