The Healthcare assets segment includes rental of investment properties and assets owned by the Company and has assets in Japan and China. The Investments segment has investments in real estate investment trust (REIT) and REIT manager. OUELH also holds a 50% equity interest in China Merchants Lippo Hospital Management (Shenzhen) Limited (CM Lippo).
