Design and manufacture segment designs, manufactures and sales of equipment parts for both heavy equipment and industrial machinery under in-house brand names, KBJ, OEM, ROSSI, TMI and MIZU. Its Trading and distribution segment is engaged in trading and distribution of a range of equipment parts for both heavy equipment and industrial machinery sourced from third parties. It markets its products directly to end-users in the construction, forestry, agriculture and mining industries as well as through distributors in Singapore and overseas markets, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, the United States and countries in Europe and the Middle East.
