It also has various residential, commercial and mixed-use projects under development in cities across China, Southeast Asia and in West Bund, Shanghai. In Singapore, its subsidiary, MCL Land Limited, operates as a residential developer. Its assets and investments are managed by Hongkong Land Limited.
